Stages & Invitations

Create beautiful digital event pages and portfolios — with AI-powered visuals, music, and more.

What are Stages?

Stages are animated, shareable digital pages you can create for events or portfolios. Whether it's a wedding, birthday, graduation, or a creative showcase — Stages give you a beautiful one-page site with no coding required.

Each Stage includes customizable sections, a visual theme, and a unique shareable URL. Guests can RSVP, browse the gallery, and experience your event before it even happens.

Creating a Stage

Create a Stage in a few steps:

  1. Choose a template — Pick from event templates (wedding, birthday, graduation, baby shower) or showcase templates for portfolios.
  2. Customize the theme — Select a color palette, fonts, and visual style. Themes control the overall look and animation style.
  3. Add sections — Build your page with content blocks like Hero, About, Timeline, Gallery, Music, RSVP, Countdown, and more.
  4. Preview and publish — Preview your Stage, then publish to get a shareable link.

Stage types

  • Event Stages — For weddings, birthdays, graduations, baby showers, and other celebrations. Includes RSVP, countdown, guest gallery, and event-specific sections.
  • Showcase Stages — For portfolios, creative work, or brand presentations. Focuses on visual display with gallery, about, and featured content sections.

Available sections

Drag and reorder sections to build your page layout:

  • Hero — A full-width banner with title, subtitle, and background image.
  • About — A text section for your story or event description.
  • Timeline — An event schedule or story timeline with dated entries.
  • Gallery — A photo and video gallery with lightbox viewing.
  • Music — An audio player with AI-generated or uploaded tracks.
  • RSVP — A guest response form with attendance tracking.
  • Countdown — A live countdown timer to your event date.
  • Location — Venue details with an embedded map.
  • Gift Registry — Links to gift registries or wishlists.

AI Production Pipeline

Stages include the same AI Production Pipeline used in Projects. Instead of manually generating each visual one by one, the pipeline produces everything your Stage needs — background image, hero cover, promotional video, and event music — in one automated flow.

The pipeline uses AI vision to evaluate each generated visual for quality. If something doesn't look right, it automatically refines the prompt and retries — so you get polished results without manual back-and-forth.

Guided mode

In Guided mode, the pipeline works through your Stage visuals in phases and pauses for your review at each step:

  1. Background & hero — AI generates the background image and hero cover in parallel. You review both before moving on.
  2. Video — Once you approve the hero image, AI creates a short promotional video from it. You review the result.
  3. Music — AI composes an instrumental track that matches the mood of your event. You listen and approve.

At each step you can approve, request a different style, or skip to move on. This gives you full control over the final look and feel.

Autonomous mode

In Autonomous mode, the pipeline runs the full flow without pausing. You set a credit budget and quality threshold before starting:

  • AI generates the background and hero images in parallel.
  • Each image is evaluated by AI vision — approve or retry with a refined prompt.
  • Once the hero is approved, video is generated automatically.
  • Music is composed and applied to your Stage.
  • All approved visuals are applied to your Stage instantly.

The same safety limits from Projects apply: a credit budget cap, retry limits per visual, and a circuit breaker that pauses if too many failures occur in a row. You can pause or stop at any time from the production panel.

AI Stage Builder

The AI Stage Builder lets you describe your event in natural language — for example, "A rustic outdoor wedding in September with 80 guests" — and generates a complete Stage with all sections, theme, and content pre-configured.

After the AI creates your Stage, you can customize every section, swap the theme, edit text, and add or remove sections before publishing.

AI music generation

When your Stage has a music section, you can auto-generate an instrumental track that matches the mood of your event. The AI considers your event type, theme, and description to compose a unique song.

AI-generated music costs around 40 credits per track. You can also upload your own audio files to the music section instead.

RSVP & guest management

Event Stages include built-in RSVP functionality:

  • Guest responses — Guests RSVP directly from your Stage link. No login required.
  • Attendance tracking — View confirmed, declined, and pending responses from the Stage editor.
  • Guest list — Manage your full guest list, track plus-ones, and export the data.
  • Guest gallery — Attendees can upload photos and videos to a shared gallery on your Stage.

Themes & customization

Every Stage uses a visual theme that controls colors, fonts, backgrounds, and animation style. You can:

  • Choose from pre-built themes designed for different event types.
  • Customize the color palette to match your event branding.
  • Upload custom background images for the hero section.
  • Preview your Stage in real time as you make changes.

Sharing your Stage

Every published Stage gets a unique URL. Share it via messaging apps, email, social media, or embed the link in physical invitations with a QR code. Stages are responsive and look great on all devices.

You can set your Stage to public (anyone with the link can view) or private (visible only to invited guests). Private is the default for event Stages.

Frequently asked questions

What are Stages?

Stages are animated digital pages for events (weddings, birthdays, graduations) or portfolios. Choose a template, customize the theme, add sections, and share with a link.

How much does it cost to create a Stage?

Creating and publishing a Stage is free. AI-generated features like visuals and music cost credits — an AI song is around 40 credits, and images vary by model.

Can guests upload photos to my Stage?

Yes. Event Stages include a guest gallery where attendees can upload photos and videos directly from the shared link.

What does the AI Production Pipeline do for my Stage?

It generates all the visuals your Stage needs — background image, hero cover, promotional video, and event music — in one automated flow. AI evaluates the quality of each visual and retries if needed, so you get polished results without manual effort.

What is the difference between Guided and Autonomous mode?

In Guided mode, the AI generates visuals in phases and pauses for your approval at each step. In Autonomous mode, it runs the full pipeline on its own within a credit budget you set, using quality checks to approve or retry automatically.

Can I generate music for my event page?

Yes. When your Stage has a music section, you can auto-generate an instrumental track that matches the mood of your event using AI. The song is generated from your event details and costs around 40 credits.

Can I use the AI Stage Builder?

Yes. Describe your event in natural language and the AI generates a complete Stage with sections, theme, and content pre-configured. You can then customize everything before publishing.

How do I share my Stage?

Every published Stage gets a unique URL you can share via messaging apps, email, or social media. You can also copy the link directly from the Stage editor.
